At Personalgrstudio, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for both our design services and products.
1. Design Services
Consultation Services
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid the consultation fee.
Design Projects
For comprehensive design projects:
- A deposit is required upon signing the service agreement
- The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
- If you wish to cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Cancellation must be provided in writing
Changes to Project Scope
Changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional fees. We will provide a revised proposal for your approval before proceeding with any changes.
2. Product Returns
Return Eligibility
Products purchased through Personalgrstudio may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Items must not be custom-made or personalized
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or bespoke furniture and accessories
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Upholstered items that have been used
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging or tags
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
4. Refunds
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund the amount to your original payment method
- Send you a notification once the refund is processed
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The product purchase price
- Original shipping costs (if item is defective or incorrect)
Your refund will not include:
- Return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
- Any fees charged by your payment provider
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition
- Items with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt
- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- Do not discard the packaging
- We will arrange collection at no cost to you
We will offer:
- A replacement item at no additional cost
- A full refund including original shipping costs
- Repair or restoration (if applicable)
6. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost
- Ship the correct item to you immediately
- Cover all shipping costs associated with the error
7. Shipping and Return Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns
For returns initiated due to change of mind or preference:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked and insured shipping
- Risk of loss during return shipping is borne by the customer
Company-Initiated Returns
For returns due to damage, defect, or error on our part:
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- We will arrange collection at your convenience
- You will receive a full refund including original shipping
8. Large or Heavy Items
For furniture and large items:
- Special return arrangements may be required
- Additional fees may apply for return shipping
- Contact us before attempting to return large items
- We will provide specific instructions for safe return
9. Custom Orders
Custom-made items are created specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned unless:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item does not match the approved specifications
- There was an error in production
Please review all specifications carefully before approving custom orders.
10. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellations
You may cancel design services by providing written notice:
- More than 7 days before start: Full refund of deposit
- 3-7 days before start: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 3 days before start: No refund
- After work has commenced: Charged for work completed
Product Order Cancellations
Product orders may be cancelled:
- Before shipping: Full refund
- After shipping but before delivery: Subject to return policy
- Custom items: Cannot be cancelled once production begins
